How much time needs to be dedicated to maintaining Renée from a staff standpoint?

Renée is a paradigm shift in how the software is operated. What may have required your church team 10 admins to manage various systems and processes, Renée only requires 1 admin. Once you set Renée at a configuration level, Renée handles the rest of the work. Essentially, if you have team members whose sole responsibilities are around administration, data collection, reporting, process queuing, or anything within that realm of work, Renée will replace them in those responsibilities.

Does Renée take away from the personal touch of human interaction?

Renée enhances the need for human interaction but in the ways that truly matter. Renée takes the mundane, repetitive, error-prone, administrative “work” that church leaders often find themselves doing, and frees them to do true work of ministry - pastoring and leading people through true connection. Renée serves as a highway to human interaction and connection, and bridges the gaps within processes that people get caught and ultimately stuck in.

Why would a church our size (150 people) want to use Renée? Aren’t we too small?

There is no church too big or too small for Renée. Renée brings together all the building blocks and complex moving pieces of church and makes building a church (from leadership perspective), and being part of a church (from congregant perspective), simple, clean, clear, effective, and efficient. There is no church too small for the need of simplicity, cleanliness, clarity, effectiveness and efficiency - just as there is no church too big with the same needs. Renée scales with the needs of your church, so whether you are a church of 150 people or a church of 150,000 people, Renée grows with you as your church grows, ensuring that every layer of the church body is best served in accordance to their needs.

How does Renee specifically compare to PCO?

Renée handles the end-to-end process for group registrations, group attendance, event registrations, event attendance, and people data management without the need of any human administrative labor. Renée accomplishes everything PCO offers, without the need for administrative overheard.

Can we categorize users with a membership type with Renée?

Yes. Renée does some of this work automatically without the need for your team to manually “categorize”. However, you also have the ability to attach custom labels to categorize users in any way you would like. For example, if you would like to logically group some of your users into a “type” called “Intern”, you can define that custom label and then attach it to individual user profiles.

Can we customize fields in profiles?

Renée is an automated system that does not require administrative overhead to “input” data fields for member profiles. Member profiles are automatically built as Renée interacts with people and collects various data points. Therefore, things such as baptism date, birthday, name, shirt size, gender, age group, etc are things Renée collects automatically through natural dialog. Some fields within the Renée Admin Console can be modified, such as shirt size, age group, last name, and essentially the data fields that can truly change about a person. Renée does not currently ingest data around death date or wedding date.
